Statistics for January to December 2012 

The statistics for 2012 provide the number and type of complaints received, and how they were processed.  They also provide a breakdown of the Principles of the Code of Practice cited by complainants and the type of publications complained about. 

 

Statistics for January to December 2011

The statistics for 2011provide the number and type of complaints received, and how they were processed. They also provide a breakdown of the Principles of the Code of Practice cited by complainants and the type of publications complained about.
 

Statistics for January to December 2010

The statistics for the third year of operations show the number of complaints received, the type of complaints received and how they were processed, the reasons why some complaints could not be processed, a breakdown of the Principles of the Code of Practice cited by complainants and the type of publications complained about.

The statistics for the second full year of operations show the number of complaints received, the type of publication complained about, a breakdown of the type of complaints received, the Principles of the Code of Practice cited by the complainant, the outcome of complaints concluded and the status of complaints on hand at 31 December 2009.
